Who we are and what this policy covers.

Deltologic Sp. z o.o. ("Deltologic", "we", "our", "us") operates courses.deltologic.com, a free educational website about the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). The course videos play directly on the page from YouTube. There is no account, no login, no purchase, and no payment processing on this site.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our site. It is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

The data that flows through this site.

Because there is no account on this site, we collect very little:

Server logs

When you visit, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser/device user-agent, timestamp, and requested URL. These logs are retained for 90 days for security and abuse prevention.

Analytics (optional)

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we collect anonymized usage data such as page views, scroll depth, and video plays. This helps us improve the course. Declining does not affect content access.

Waitlist email (optional)

If you submit the "Notify me" waitlist form, the email you provide is stored to notify you about the upcoming course launch. The form is hosted by Typeform. You can request deletion any time at contact@deltologic.com.

YouTube embeds

When you play a course video, YouTube (Google LLC) processes data per its own privacy policy. We use youtube-nocookie.com embeds where possible to delay cookie placement until you press play.

What we do — and don't do — with your data.

We use the information we collect strictly to operate the site:

• Service operation — keeping the site online, available, and secure.
• Course improvement — anonymized analytics inform what we cover next.
• Waitlist notifications — only if you opt in via the form.
• Abuse prevention — server logs help us block bad actors.

Where your data lives and how long we keep it.

This site is hosted by Webflow on AWS infrastructure, with Cloudflare in front of it for CDN and DDoS protection. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Anonymized analytics are retained for up to 14 months. Waitlist emails are kept until you request deletion or the launch notification is sent.

Who has access to your information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Period.

We share data only with the trusted service providers that operate this site:

• Webflow — hosting and built-in analytics (privacy policy)
• YouTube / Google — embedded course videos (privacy policy)
• Typeform — waitlist form (privacy policy)
• Cloudflare — CDN and security (privacy policy)

What you can do with your data.

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data.
• Restriction — limit how we process your data in specific circumstances.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Withdraw consent — opt out of analytics at any time via the cookie banner.
• Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection supervisory authority.

How we protect your data.

The site uses HTTPS with TLS encryption end-to-end. Our hosting providers (Webflow, AWS, Cloudflare) apply industry-standard security controls. Because we collect almost no personal data on this site, the attack surface is intentionally small.

If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

When and how we update this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects when this version was published. For material changes, we will post a notice on the site for at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
